PPEU aims and priorities for 2019 and future, with focus on spending the budget

Brainstorming:
	* Recruiting EU Parlament members to build a Fraction 
	* Media image - PR, communication with journalists, social sites, website
	* "Starting packages" - creation of packages of know-how, graphics, designs, useful contacts etc. for smaller or starting Pirate parties
	* Bridge between MEPs and other PPs
	* a larger event post elections to keep the momentum: september perhaps? Focus on processes, movement-building 
	* Investigate in solutions to monitor whole Europe concerning media


Budgetary concerns & thoughts

	* OhJ: I suggest the emphasis is kept on movement-building and communication post elections. We will get more bang for our buck there. 
	* I also suggest we frontload some funding for the next year (past current boarf period) to ensure that there is consistency in operation between boards
	* We desperately need to fortify the institutional capacity within our movements locally, including having a comveration about how to build movments (also in diversity and inclusion) and how to set up different types of structures. I would want this to be a priority.
