Používání "country or state" (zemi nebo státu) nám přinese jen utrpení. Budou hádky o to, jestli PP působící v nějaké zemi a nepodřízená PP která působí v nadříyeném státu je možný řádný člen či nikoliv.

11) Stanovy podle všeho připouští možnost, že si někdo změní jméno - odstraní "Pirate" - a zůstane plným členem.

(so finálně min 2/3*2/3 =4/9 jsou členů PRO zbytek je nepřítomen, nehlasuje nebo se zdržuje + musí tvořit výraznou většinu hlasů), změna Art 4 a 5 - 1/1, Změna Manifestu = změna stanov, rozpuštění (2/3 členů přítomno) - 4/5, druhý pokus na rozpuštění - 4/5?
