Hi there PPI members, greetings from the board! We hope all is well with you. On our end, we will be publishing a report very soon on our progress so far, as well as launching some new initiatives to support and encourage Pirate Party activism around the world. We need your help with something. Part of what we are doing is looking at ways to reform PPI to better serve our members and encourage more collaboration with you. We want to know what you think of the current state of PPI: what is being done right, what is being done wrong, and how we can build meaningful solutions to any problems you see in the organization. If you could provide us with some feedback to the following questions, the board will give your responses the utmost attention. Also, feel free to make any additional comments or ask us any questions. There are no wrong answers, of course! 1. As a PPI member, do you feel that there are any crucial changes that need to be made in this organization? What needs to be done differently? 2. Are there any problems you’ve seen or experienced in the past (or present) that were handled poorly? If so, what do you feel should have been done to address the issue(s) and how can we ensure more effective problem solving in the future? 3. Do you think that PPI has any strengths that can be built upon? No. Maybe lot of experience with failures and mistakes, 4. What are your expectations of the PPI board for 2016-2017? What do you absolutely need to see from us in the next 9-10 months? We expect nothing. We dont need to see anything, but some sort of functioning, real, transparent organisation would be nice. 5. If you could imagine a perfect PPI, what would it look like? How would it function? What is its role in the international Pirate community? 6. Is there anything else you want us to know, which might not be relevant to the previous questions? There is no rush in responding to this email. Please take all of the time you need to bring these questions to your members, and give as much or as little information as you see fit. All the best, and we look forward to your response!
