Regional administrative assistant - Brno/Prague Pirate Members of the European Parliament are looking for a regional assistant with administrative skills for their future office in Brno/Prague. As Regional Assistant you will be called upon to perform a multitude of tasks including: * management of the office in Brno/Prague, welcoming guests; * administration of e-mails and post; * communication with other regional assistants and the team in Brussels and assisting with given tasks; * organization of meetings and events in the whole Czech Republic; * assisting with basic social media management and copywriting; * fulfilling other administrative tasks as necessary. We expect: * organizational skills, flexibility, managerial skills; * good communication skills; * work in office in Brno/Prague; * experience with office programs; * fluency in Czech and English; proficiency in German, French or other languages is an asset; * reliability, accuracy, diligence, responsibility; * personal integrity and professional approach to work; * willingness to work with Open Source Software and other open technologies; * enthusiasm for work in an international team; * willingness to occasional travel, especially to Brussels and Strasbourg; * full support for transparency in public affairs as well as deep respect for privacy in personal matters. The first round is done by evaluating the CV, motivation and previous experiences. The second round is realized in the form of practical verification of the required criteria. The evaluation is carried out by an evaluation committee composed of representatives of the MEP and the Human Resources Department. Third round by personal interview. An applicant who has successfully completed the second round may be invited to the third round (interview) for other positions listed in the Group.
